The terms for designing and buying a KeyHouse board. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are
KeyHouse is a small company in Providence, Rhode Island. You can reach us at support@keyhouse.com.
Your design
Every board is made from the design you approve. The 3D preview is the same model we print from, but colors on screen and printed plastic never match perfectly, and small layer lines are part of how the boards are made.
Check your names, header and house number before you check out. We print exactly what you typed.
Only upload photos you took or have the right to use, and only put names on a board you have the right to use.
Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you check out. Your order is confirmed when you get our confirmation email.
We can cancel an order and refund it in full if we can't make it, for example if a design can't be printed reliably. We'll tell you why.
Crafting and delivery
Lead times on the site are estimates. $6.95 flat-rate US shipping within the United States. Free local pickup in Massachusetts and Rhode Island; we'll email you to arrange a time.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are up to them. If a board is lost in transit, write to us and we'll make it right.
Returns and remakes
Every board is made to order, so we can't take returns. If yours arrives damaged or a fob doesn't seat, email us a photo and we'll remake it free. See the FAQ for more.
Magnets and safety
Each board and fob contains strong neodymium magnets. Boards and fobs are not toys. Keep them away from young children and pets: swallowed magnets can cause serious injury. Keep them away from pacemakers and other medical implants, and don't try to remove the magnets.
Our liability
If something goes wrong with your order, the most we're responsible for is what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. If we ever disagree, write to us first; most things can be sorted out by email.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
