Privacy

• Your design: the house style, colors, header, house number and names you choose.
• Photos of your house, if you upload them. We keep them with your design so we can match your board by hand.
• Order details: your name, email address and, if we ship to you, your shipping address.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

To design, craft and deliver your board, to email you about your order, and to answer you when you write to us. That's all.

We don't sell your information, we don't run ads, and we don't use your photos or design in our marketing without asking you first.

• Anthropic (Claude), which reads your photo or description and suggests a design. Anthropic doesn't use what we send it to train its models.
• Stripe, which takes your payment and collects your shipping address at checkout.
• Resend, which sends our order emails.
• Our hosting providers, which store the site's data on our behalf.
• The shipping carrier, which gets your name and address on the label.

When you finish a design you get a share link. Anyone with that link can see the board: its shape, colors, header, house number and names. Your photos are never shown on a share link.

We keep your cart, your design in progress and your sound setting in your own browser, so they're there when you come back. They never leave your device unless you check out or craft a preview. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to process your payment and prevent fraud.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for your order, warranty remakes, taxes and our books. You can ask us to delete your photos and designs at any time; we'll do it unless an open order still needs them.

Email support@keyhouse.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

KeyHouse isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Names on a board are whatever the customer types in.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. For changes that matter, we'll email customers with open orders.
